#FEM5K Presenting a cheese flavoured toast loaded with chicken …… it is Chicken Cheese Toast. It is a perfect morning / evening snacking or can be a wonderful brunch.
STEP 2.Take a bread slice and lightly toast any one side and keep aside.
STEP 3.Take shredded chicken in a mixing bowl
STEP 4.Grate cheese into the chicken.
STEP 5.Apply butter on the un-toasted side of each bread slice.
STEP 6.Now add chopped capsicum + 1 tbsp butter + chili + pepper powder + salt into the chicken mixture and give a good mix.
STEP 7.Now spread a thick layer of prepared mixture on the toasted side of each bread slice. Add more cheese on top.
STEP 8.Now put pan / tawa on low flame, put butter and allow to melt, then place bread slice, cover, and toast for around 2 minutes till cheese melts.
STEP 9.Follow the same process with rest of the slices. Toast is done.
STEP 10.Serve with tomato ketchup and pair with tea/coffee.
