2 cup dried pomegranate seeds (or ¼fresh pomegranate seeds)
-1 nos Green chilies (adjust to taste)
as required ½ Inch Ginger piece
as required ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
as required ½ tsp black salt
as required ½ tsp regular salt
1 tsp Lemon juice
-1 tbsp Water (as needed)

STEP 1.1. Wash the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.
STEP 2.2. In a blender, add mint, coriander, pomegranate seeds, green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, and both types of salt.
STEP 3.3. Add lemon juice and a little water, then blend into a smooth chutney.
STEP 4.4. Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh.
STEP 5.Tips:For extra tanginess, replace lemon juice with ½ tsp dry mango powder.To add a hint of sweetness, mix in ½ tsp jaggery or honey.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.This chutney adds a delicious twist to chaats and snacks!
