STEP 1.Prepare Basil Seeds:Soak basil seeds in ½ cup water for 10-15 minutes until they swell up.
STEP 2.Cook Falooda Sev:Boil water in a pan, add falooda sev, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
