Ingredients for पुदीना अनारदाना चटनी Recipe

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • As required ½ Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup dried pomegranate seeds (or ¼fresh pomegranate seeds)
  • 0-1/4 nos Green chilies (adjust to taste)
  • As required ½ Inch Ginger piece
  • As required ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • As required ½ tsp black salt
  • As required ½ tsp regular salt
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0-1/4 tbsp Water (as needed)

Directions: पुदीना अनारदाना चटनी Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.2. In a blender, add mint, coriander, pomegranate seeds, green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, and both types of salt.
  • STEP 3.3. Add lemon juice and a little water, then blend into a smooth chutney.
  • STEP 4.4. Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh.
  • STEP 5.Tips:For extra tanginess, replace lemon juice with ½ tsp dry mango powder.To add a hint of sweetness, mix in ½ tsp jaggery or honey.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.This chutney adds a delicious twist to chaats and snacks!
