STEP 2.Now add all the given ingredients of marination except salt , mix it well . Keep aside for 15 minutes .
STEP 3.Add salt now , take a pan , add 3 tbsp oil , heat it .
STEP 4.Shallow fry paneer pcs until light pnik , take out in a bowl , keep aside .
STEP 5.Now take another pan , add all the given ingredients of gravy .
STEP 6.Add 3/4 cup water , boil it until onion is almost cooked .
STEP 7.Strain it , cool it , grind it to a fine paste , keep aside .
STEP 8.Take a wok , add oil & butter , heat it .
STEP 9.Add freshly crushed black pepper , saute it for a sec .
STEP 10.In goes gravy paste , give a stir .
STEP 11.Now add dahi & rest of the marinade . Stir fry it for a minute .
STEP 12.Add 1/2 cup water , mix it well . Give a boil .
STEP 13.Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 14.Open the lid , increase the flame , add fried paneer pcs , give a stir .
STEP 15.Add 1 cup water , mix it well , give a boil .
STEP 16.Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until gravy becomes saucy .
STEP 17.Turn off the flame , open the lid after 10 minutes .
STEP 18.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with black pepper powder & chopped dhania patta .
STEP 19.Can be served along with Tandoori Roti , Nan or Lachcha Paratha ...
