  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the paneer cubes with soy sauce, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, and cornflour.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried paneer cubes and toss everything together until well coated.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
