  • 100 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as per your need Water As Needed
  • as per your need Oil For Frying
  • 1 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • as needed Spring Onions, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Add paneer cubes to the batter and coat them well.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry until they are slightly cooked but still crunchy.
  • STEP 6.In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and chili sauce.
  • STEP 7.Add the sauce mixture to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
  • STEP 8.Add the fried paneer cubes and toss everything together until well coated.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown for a crispy texture.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less green chilies and chili sauce.
  • You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms or baby corn to enhance the dish.
