STEP 1. Finely chop the onion and tomato. Grate the cheese in half and cut it in half.
STEP 2.Heat oil and butter in a pan, add green chilies and onions and saute it.
STEP 3.Now add tomatoes and saute well and add all the spices Kasuri fenugreek, butter, sugar, salt and fry well.
STEP 4.When the spices start leaving oil after cooking, add grated and shredded paneer and mix well.
STEP 5. Bring Paneer Bhurji Steam and cook it.
STEP 6.Serve hot paneer bhurji with coriander and grated paneer.
