STEP 1.Take besan and add hing, salt, ajwain powder, White pepper powder.
STEP 2.Make coarse powder of clove and black pepper, add to besan mixture
STEP 3.Now add hot oil and make a dough
STEP 4.Keep it on rest for 10 minutes
STEP 5.Take half portion of dough, add little water and start pressing it with palm so as to make a soft fluffy dough
STEP 6.Grease namkeen maker with oil and put fluffy dough in it
STEP 7.In a kadai, add oil for deep frying namkeen and let it be hot
STEP 8.Keep flame on high, while making namkeen
STEP 9.Flip it one time and take it out with strainer
STEP 10.Namkeen is ready for serve
