Ingredients for Namkeen Recipe

  • 83.33 Gm Besan (gramflour)
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 1/2 Pieces Clove
  • 0.83 Pieces Black pepper
  • 0.17 Tsp White pepper powder
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 0.17 Tsp Ajwain
  • As Required Water

Directions: Namkeen Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take besan and add hing, salt, ajwain powder, White pepper powder.
  • STEP 2.Make coarse powder of clove and black pepper, add to besan mixture
  • STEP 3.Now add hot oil and make a dough
  • STEP 4.Keep it on rest for 10 minutes
  • STEP 5.Take half portion of dough, add little water and start pressing it with palm so as to make a soft fluffy dough
  • STEP 6.Grease namkeen maker with oil and put fluffy dough in it
  • STEP 7.In a kadai, add oil for deep frying namkeen and let it be hot
  • STEP 8.Keep flame on high, while making namkeen
  • STEP 9.Flip it one time and take it out with strainer
  • STEP 10.Namkeen is ready for serve
