Ingredients for Mango Boondi Recipe

  • 1/5 Pieces Mango
  • 1/5 Cup Besan (gramflour)
  • 0.13 Tbsp Dry fruits
  • 0.13 Cup Sugar
  • 1/5 Tsp Elaichi powder
  • As Required Water
  • 0.67 Pieces strings Kesar
  • 0.07 Kg Ghee For Cook

Directions: Mango Boondi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make mango puree
  • STEP 2.Now slowly add besan to mango puree
  • STEP 3.Keep stirring it and make sure there is no lump
  • STEP 4.Consistency of Boondi batter should be like of cake batter
  • STEP 5.Add water as per requirement
  • STEP 6.In a pan add sugar and water, bring a boil and make chasni of 1 string. Add elaichi powder and kesar string
  • STEP 7.In another pan or kadai, add ghee for making boondi
  • STEP 8.For making boodi, make use of Boondi jali or spoon which is easily available in the market
  • STEP 9.Keep the flame high, pour one tbsp of Boondi batter on jali
  • STEP 10.Batter will pass on from jali
  • STEP 11.Keep flipping it
  • STEP 12.Now take out boondi from ghee after 2 minutes and add it to sugar syrup
  • STEP 13.Let boondi soak sugar syrup for 10 minutes
  • STEP 14.Add chopped dry fruits of your choice
  • STEP 15.Serve it when it is hot
  • STEP 16.Garnish with some chopped pistachio and cashew
  • STEP 17.Enjoy it with some namkeen
