STEP 9.Keep the flame high, pour one tbsp of Boondi batter on jali
STEP 10.Batter will pass on from jali
STEP 11.Keep flipping it
STEP 12.Now take out boondi from ghee after 2 minutes and add it to sugar syrup
STEP 13.Let boondi soak sugar syrup for 10 minutes
STEP 14.Add chopped dry fruits of your choice
STEP 15.Serve it when it is hot
STEP 16.Garnish with some chopped pistachio and cashew
STEP 17.Enjoy it with some namkeen
