Ingredients for Namkeen Papdi Recipe

  • 0.13 Tsp Haldi
  • 0.13 Tsp Ajwain
  • 0.13 Tsp Jeera
  • 3/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
  • As Required Water
  • As Required Salt
  • 62.50 Gm all purpose flour ( maida )

Directions: Namkeen Papdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.🍃Take 250 gm maida (all purpose flour)
  • STEP 2.🍃Add
  • STEP 3. 1/2 tsp haldi
  • STEP 4. 1 tsp ajwain & jeera powder
  • STEP 5. Salt as per taste
  • STEP 6. 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • STEP 7.🍃Knead a dough & let it rest for 10 mins
  • STEP 8.🍃Roll thin chapati and cut it into small circle shape
  • STEP 9.🍃Let all the papdis dry for 30 mins
  • STEP 10.🍃Fry on medium to high flame by flipping it continuously for 1-2 min
  • STEP 11.🍃 Sprinkle some chat masala(optional)
