  • 0.33 Pieces piece Cabbage
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Haldi
  • 0.33 Tsp Fennel seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Jeera
  • A Pinch Pinch of hing
  • 0.33 Tsp Green chilli
  • 0.33 Tsp Crushed Pudina
  • 0.33 Tsp Sugar
  • 0.33 Tsp lemon juice
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander leaves
  • 0.33 Pieces Clove
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 Cup wheat flour
  • 0.33 Tsp Garam masala

Directions: Cabbage Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take oil in kadai
  • STEP 2.Add hing, clove, green chilli, fennel seeds, jeera
  • STEP 3.Let it crackle
  • STEP 4.Now add grated cabbage
  • STEP 5.Saute for a minute
  • STEP 6.Add red chilli powder, haldi, coriander powder, garam masala, crushed Pudina, sugar, salt, lemon juice
  • STEP 7.Mix it properly and cover it
  • STEP 8.Cook for 5 minutes and add coriander leaves
  • STEP 9.Take wheat flour - add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, pinch of haldi and salt as per taste Now add 2-3 tsp oil Mix it properly and make a dough Keep it for rest For making Paratha, make a small ball of dough roll it into small chapati and place cabbage stuffing in half part Cover it with remaining half part Place paratha on tawa, add oil to both side Flip it to cook from both side and to make crispy as well
  • STEP 10.Serve it hot with curd and green chutney
