Ingredients for Mysore Pak Recipe

  • 1/5 Cup Besan
  • 0.30 Cup Sugar
  • 0.40 Cup Ghee
  • As Required Water

Directions: Mysore Pak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix besan and ghee, make a smooth paste. Make sure no lumps remain there. Take kadai, add sugar and a little water so as to make sugar syrup
  • STEP 2.Now slowly add besan + ghee batter in kadai
  • STEP 3.Keep stirring it till ghee starts to separate
  • STEP 4.After 5 minutes, Mysore Pak will be be ready
  • STEP 5.Pour it in a plate and cut it into small pieces
