STEP 1.Mix besan and ghee, make a smooth paste. Make sure no lumps remain there.
Take kadai, add sugar and a little water so as to make sugar syrup
STEP 2.Now slowly add besan + ghee batter in kadai
STEP 3.Keep stirring it till ghee starts to separate
STEP 4.After 5 minutes, Mysore Pak will be be ready
STEP 5.Pour it in a plate and cut it into small pieces
