STEP 1.🍃Take 250 gm maida (all purpose flour) in kadai, now roast it for 2-3 sec
STEP 2.🍃Add 1.5 tbsp Ghee and roast it on low flame for 15 mins
STEP 3.🍃If required add ghee accordingly
STEP 4.🍃Let it cool down completely before adding powdered sugar
STEP 5.🍃Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, elaichi powder and dry fruits of your choice
STEP 6.🍃Give it a mix
STEP 7.🍃Make laduu of mixture prepared
STEP 8.🍃 Garnish with pistachio and kesar
