Ingredients for Maida Laddu Recipe

  • 35.71 g m Maida (all purpose flour)
  • 0.21 Tbsp Ghee
  • 0.07 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.14 Tbsp Dry fruits (of ur choice)
  • 0.07 Tsp Elaichi powder

Directions: Maida Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.🍃Take 250 gm maida (all purpose flour) in kadai, now roast it for 2-3 sec
  • STEP 2.🍃Add 1.5 tbsp Ghee and roast it on low flame for 15 mins
  • STEP 3.🍃If required add ghee accordingly
  • STEP 4.🍃Let it cool down completely before adding powdered sugar
  • STEP 5.🍃Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, elaichi powder and dry fruits of your choice
  • STEP 6.🍃Give it a mix
  • STEP 7.🍃Make laduu of mixture prepared
  • STEP 8.🍃 Garnish with pistachio and kesar
