Ingredients for Poha Chivda/ Poha Namkeen Recipe

  • 62.50 g m Poha
  • 1/4 Litre Oil for frying
  • 1/4 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/4 Tsp Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Green chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Rock Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp Dryfruits

Directions: Poha Chivda/ Poha Namkeen Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan
  • STEP 2.Take poha in a deep strainer and put it in hot oil for around 5 minutes
  • STEP 3.Keep it in a plate
  • STEP 4.Now in the same strainer, add curry leaves and green chilli fry it for 1 minute
  • STEP 5.Deep fry peanuts
  • STEP 6.Mix all the ingredients and masala
  • STEP 7.Poha Namkeen or Poha Chivda is ready for serve
