STEP 1.Make a dough by mixing -
2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Haldi
2 tsp Oil
Water as required
STEP 2.For making puran -
In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup chana dal, pinch of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil and 2 cup water
Boil chana dal till it becomes soft
Mess chana dal, add jaggery, Elaichi powder, nutmeg powder
Make a smooth mixture
Now roll a small chapati and put puran mixture. Cover it and roll into a thin chapati.
Cook on both side by adding ghee
STEP 3.Serve hot with milk
