STEP 1.Take 1 cup besan and slowly add 3 cup water. Make a runny batter
In a kadai, take mustard oil
Add jeera, chopped green chilli, garlic and onion
Saute it for a minute
Add all regular spices and besan batter
Mix it properly and keep stirring it for 2 minutes
Cover it and cook for 10 minutes on flame low to medium
Garnish it with coriander leaves
Serve it with bhakri, onion salad and thecha
