STEP 1.Wash the mutton keema nicely and add water and pressure cook it.
STEP 2.Strain the water completely.
STEP 3.In a pan take little oil and add finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and saute till colour changes.
STEP 4.Add chilli paste and mutton keema, salt to taste and all dry masalas and saute till water dries completely.
STEP 5.Let it cool completely and add this mixture to a grinder and grind it slightly and remove in a bowl.
STEP 6.Add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander,besan and breadcrumbs and mix well.
STEP 7.Make cutlets and shallow fry on medium flame.
STEP 8.Serve with chutney..
