  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine mutton mince, finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round cutlets.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown on both sides.
