Ingredients for Mutton Cutlets Recipe

  • 62.50 gms Mutton keema
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1.38 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • to taste Salt
  • handful Of chopped coriander
  • As Required Bread crumbs as needed
  • 1/2 tbsp Besan
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Mutton Cutlets Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the mutton keema nicely and add water and pressure cook it.
  • STEP 2.Strain the water completely.

  • STEP 3.In a pan take little oil and add finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and saute till colour changes.
  • STEP 4.Add chilli paste and mutton keema, salt to taste and all dry masalas and saute till water dries completely.
  • STEP 5.Let it cool completely and add this mixture to a grinder and grind it slightly and remove in a bowl.
  • STEP 6.Add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander,besan and breadcrumbs and mix well.

  • STEP 7.Make cutlets and shallow fry on medium flame.
