Directions : Moroccan Orange Walnut Salad Recipe

STEP 1.Take a sharp knife and cut the ends of each orange, then slice and peel off the sides, with a gentle sawing motion, slice the orange pieces in between the two membranes.

STEP 2.Squeeze the remaining of the membranes to get all the excess juice in a separate bowl and keep on the side we will use it later.

STEP 3.Let’s prepare the lettuce, remove the outer layers of the lettuce and discard it, chop the bottom of the lettuce, peel the leaves, and slice the lettuce.

STEP 4.Place the lettuce in a large mixing bowl and add the orange pieces to it.

STEP 5.Now for the salad dressing take a small bowl add the orange juice, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, orange blossom water, sugar, and a dash of salt, and stir them until well combined.

STEP 6.Add the dressing to the lettuce and oranges, then top them with raw walnuts to add some crunch. Toss them well and serve.
