  • 1 cup raw unsalted almonds + water for soaking
  • pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water

Directions: Moroccan Almond Milk With Orange Blossom Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place the almonds in a large bowl and soak them in water overnight or 8 hours. The next day, drain the almonds and discard the soaking water

  • STEP 1.Add the almonds, honey, pinch of salt, and 4 cups of water in a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth milky texture.

  • STEP 1.Wrench the almond milk using a sieve, then take the remainder of the almond chunks, put in a cheesecloth, and squeeze until you get all the milk out.

  • STEP 1.(note you can use the rest of the almond pulp in cookies)

  • STEP 1.Place the almond milk in a jar and add orange blossom water (to taste) to the milk and shake well. You can store almond milk in the fridge for up to 4 days.
