  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 1 cup peach yogurt
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Fresh orange juice
  • As required Water

Directions: Moroccan Carrot Orange Smoothie Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the carrots as thinly as possible.

  • STEP 2.Boil the carrots in water until they become tender it will take for about 20mins.

  • STEP 3.Remove the carrots and place them in a bowl, put them in the fridge, and let them cool down completely before using it.

  • STEP 4.Keep the carrot water released from the carrots to use later, also put it in the fridge, and let it cool down completely.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Using a blender, blend the cooked carrots, fresh orange juice, sugar (to taste), 1 cup peach yogurt, and a bit of cold carrot water, blend until smooth, it can be thick so add a little water to balance the consistency.

  • STEP 6.Serve cold and enjoy it.
