Quick and easy to prepared delicious pakora on Rainy Day ! Bread pieces are dipped in besan batter flavoured with fresh mint and corainder leaves,spices and deep fry.
Ingredients For Mint-Corainder Leaves Pakoras Recipe
3 pieces Sliced bread
1 cup Besan
0.125 cup Finely chopped fresh mint leaves
0.125 cup Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Whole coriander seeds
1 g piece green chilli finely chopped
1 g piece ginger grated
as required Salt as required
1 inch pinch soda bi carbonate
as required Oil for frying
as required Red chilli sauce
Directions : Mint-Corainder Leaves Pakoras Recipe
STEP 1.Wash and chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves.In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients,add water to make pakoras like batter. Cut bread slices into 4 parts.
STEP 2.Heat oil in frying pan. Dip one - one piece of bread in besan-mint- coriander batter,drop in hot oil deep fry on medium flame till golden brown in colour.
STEP 3.Serve/ Relish hot Mint-coriander bread pakoras with red chilli sauce on rainy days with hit tea or coffee whenever you crave for hot pakora.
