Ingredients For MASALA VEGGIE BREAD CRUMBLE #bread Recipe
8 Pieces Leftover bread
0.5 Cup water
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tsp jeera
1 Pieces chopped onion
2 Pieces chopped tomatoes
2 Cups mix veggie of your choice
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp red chilly powder
1 Tsp turmeric powder
2 Tbsp roasted peanuts
As Required Sesame seeds for garnish
1 Tsp Coriander powder and Garam masala
Directions : MASALA VEGGIE BREAD CRUMBLE #bread Recipe
STEP 1.Take bread slices, add water and moisten it.
STEP 2.Crumble the moistened bread and keep aside.
STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, splutter jeera and add chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.
STEP 4.Add green chillies, chopped carrots, broccoli, peas and tomatoes.
STEP 5.Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and roasted peanuts.
STEP 6.Saute the mixture, add crumbled bread and mix it well.
STEP 7.Garnish with sesame seeds.
STEP 8.It's ready to serve with hot Tea !
