- 1/4 Litre Full cream milk
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered makhana
- 18.75 Grams Coarse makhana
- 50 Grams Condensed milk
- A Few Saffron strands
- 12.50 Grams Samak rice
- As Required Water for boiling rice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom powder
- As Required Dry fruits (walnut, cashew, raisins)

How to Make Shahi Makhana Kheer Recipe
Take a pan, add milk and bring it to boil on a low to medium flame. In another pan, boil samak rice.
Add boiled rice to boiled milk.
Microwave makhana for 2-3 minutes. Grind 25 grams makhana and make a powder.
Now add crushed makhana to milk. Add cardamom powder, 7-10 saffron strands soaked in warm milk, chopped dry fruits.
Keep stirring and simmer for a minute.
Add condensed milk. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!
