Ingredients for MASALA VEGGIE BREAD CRUMBLE #bread Recipe

  • 2.67 Pieces Leftover bread
  • 0.17 Cup water
  • 0.67 Tbsp oil
  • 0.33 Tsp jeera
  • 0.33 Pieces chopped onion
  • 0.67 Pieces chopped tomatoes
  • 0.67 Cups mix veggie of your choice
  • 0.33 Tsp salt
  • 0.33 Tsp red chilly powder
  • 0.33 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.67 Tbsp roasted peanuts
  • As Required Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander powder and Garam masala

Directions: Masala Veggie Bread Crumble #bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take bread slices, add water and moisten it.
  • STEP 2.Crumble the moistened bread and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, splutter jeera and add chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add green chillies, chopped carrots, broccoli, peas and tomatoes.
  • STEP 5.Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and roasted peanuts.
  • STEP 6.Saute the mixture, add crumbled bread and mix it well.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with sesame seeds.
  • STEP 8.It's ready to serve with hot Tea !
