Ingredients for CHINESE ORANGE SQUASH Recipe

  • 1/20 Cup Chinese orange juice
  • 1/20 Cup Sugar
  • 1/20 Cup Water
  • 0.03 Teaspoon potassium met bisulphite

Directions: Chinese Orange Squash Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut and deseed Chinese oranges.
  • STEP 2.Squeeze and take out the juice into a container.
  • STEP 3.Measure the quantity of juice.
  • STEP 4.Boil the same quantity of water and add double the quantity of sugar in the boiling water.
  • STEP 5.Boil the mixture and add orange juice into the boiling sugar mixture.
  • STEP 6.Add few drops of orange food colouring (optional).
  • STEP 7.Add potassium meta bisulfite.
  • STEP 8.Let it cool and serve 30 ml concentrate in 150 ml chilled water or chilled soda
  • STEP 9.The drink is ready to serve!
