  • 0.15 Cup Channa dal
  • 0.15 Cup Urad dal
  • 0.15 Cup Masoor dal
  • 0.15 Cup Arhar dal
  • 0.15 Cup Moong dal
  • 1/5 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Water
  • 1/5 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Coriander powder
  • As Required Onion
  • As Required Capsicum
  • As Required Beetroot
  • As Required Paneer

Directions: Panchratan Dal Cheela Recipe

  • STEP 1.Rinse and soak the 5 dals overnight
  • STEP 2.Grind them and make a smooth paste
  • STEP 3.Add salt and all the masalas
  • STEP 4.Take a pan, heat oil, and spread the batter evenly
  • STEP 5.Top one side with capsicum, onion, beetroot, green chilies and cover it for a minute
  • STEP 6.Cook both sides and serve with mint chutney, sauce. or pickle of your choice!
