This easy-to-make recipe is super healthy, rich in protein and nutrients, and goes well with toast, dinner rolls, and garlic bread! People usually consume it for breakfast but this version is specially curated for dinner time! It contains no canned beans and is a fresh and enjoyable one.

Ingredients for BAKED BEANS WITH DINNER ROLLS Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup Dry baked beans
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 0.33 Tsp Grated garlic
  • 0.33 Tsp Grated ginger
  • 0.17 Tsp Sugar
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Oregano
  • 0.17 Tsp White pepper
  • 0.33 Cup Tomato puree
  • 0.33 Tbsp Cornflour

Directions: Baked Beans With Dinner Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the beans in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onion, grated ginger and garlic and saute for a minute (do not brown the onions).
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree to the pan and cook for a minute. Add salt, red chili powder, white pepper and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Add boiled baked beans to the pan. If water is required, you may add half cup of it.
  • STEP 5.Make cornflour slurry with 2 tablespoons of water. Add this slurry to the boiled baked beans mixture.
  • STEP 6.Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar. It's ready to serve with dinner rolls!
