Ingredients For Masala Paneer with Spinach.. Recipe
200 gm Paneer cubed
1 cup Chopped spinach leaves
4 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tsp Garlic paste
0.5 tsp Ginger paste
2 tbsp Onion paste
0.5 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1.5 tsp Dhania powder
1 cup Chopped tomato
to taste Salt
2 tbsp dahi
0.5 tsp Garam masala powder
Directions : Masala Paneer with Spinach.. Recipe
STEP 1.Soak paneer pcs in hot salty water , keep aside .
STEP 2.Wash spinach , strain it , keep aside .
STEP 3.Take a wok , add oil , heat it .
STEP 4.Moderate the flame , add ginger garlic paste , saute it until rawness is released . Add very lil water to avoid burning .
STEP 5.In goes onion paste , increase the flame , stir fry it for a minute . Add lil water .
STEP 6.Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until brown . Stir in between .
STEP 7.Open the lid , increase the flame , add haldi , dhania & red chilli powder , mix it well .
STEP 8.Add lil water , cook it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 9.In goes tomato & salt , stir it for a minute .
STEP 10.Cover it again , cook it on low flame until tomato becomes mushy .
STEP 11.Open the lid , increase the flame , add dahi , mix it well .
STEP 12.Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced .
STEP 13.Open the lid , increase the flame , add garam masala powder , mix it well .
STEP 14.Now add spinach , mix it well . Stir fry it for 2 minutes .
STEP 15.In goes paneer pcs , stir fry it for 2 minutes .
STEP 16.Now add 1/2 cup boiled water , mix it well . Give a boil.
STEP 17.Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until gravy becomes saucy .
STEP 18.Turn off the flame , open the lid after 10 minutes .
STEP 19.Take out in a serving bowl .
STEP 20.Can be served along with Tandoori Roti , Nan or Lachcha Paratha ...
