Makai ka Halwa Recipe

Halwa ,is a traditional Indian sweet dish.Usually Halwa is made from Sooji, Gehun Atta or Besan.But this halwa recipe is a little different from the rest.It uses Maize Flour ie Makai ka Atta.The best part of this recipe is a light yellow color and flavour of corn meal.The crunchy dry fruits and khus khus makes this halwa recipe even more special. Maize Flour has many health benefits.It is rich source of vitamin A, C, E and B (B1, B2 & B6).Contains good amount of dietary fiber, Magnesium and potassium found in it are good in controlling blood pressure.It gives warmth to the body thus being beneficial for health in many ways.
