Ingredients for Caramalized Besan Halwa Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Besan
  • 0.19 Cup hee
  • 0.19 Cup Sugar
  • A Pinch Saffron strands
  • As Required For Ganishing Pistachio
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Directions: Caramalized Besan Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.*Soak Saffron strands in a tablespoon of water.
  • STEP 2.*Distribute the ghee in ratio of 2:1
  • STEP 3.*To the larger quantity add the Besan and roast it at low flame till golden brown and it releases the aroma.
  • STEP 4.*To the other quantity of Ghee add sugar and let it caramalize at low flame.
  • STEP 5.*Add roasted Besan to it.Stir
  • STEP 6.*Once it shows a golden brown coloration, Add water and saffron infused water to it.
  • STEP 7.*Stir in one direction.
  • STEP 8.*Let the moisture evade.
  • STEP 9.*Once done transfer to individual serve ware
  • STEP 10.*Before serving add a tablespoon of Ghee. (optional , yet gives a extra flavour and shows your extra love while serving )
  • STEP 11.*Give a swirl with back if spoon or blunt knife gently.
  • STEP 12.*Garnish with pistachio slivers.
