Gulab ki Kheer or Rose flavoured Kheer is a fragrant and delicious dessert,A twist to our favourite Chawal ki Kheer.It has subtle flavors of rose in it.Its pleasing to the sight and has a cooling effect on the body.Perfect to indulge in over the heavy Diwali Sweets.

Ingredients for Gulab ki Kheer Recipe

  • 1 Tablespoon Rice
  • 1 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Rose syrup
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Dried rose petals
  • As Required For Ganishing Pistachio
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Sugar

Directions: Gulab Ki Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.*Wash and soak rice for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.*In thick bottomed pan Add milk and rice.
  • STEP 3.*Stir at low flame till it thickens
  • STEP 4.*Add sugar
  • STEP 5.*Let simmer for few more minutes
  • STEP 6.*Let it cool for an hour
  • STEP 7.*Add sugar syrup and rose petals
  • STEP 8.*Mix well
  • STEP 9.*Garnish with Rose petals and pistachio slivers.
