Mini Dosas with goodness of Ragi Malt (Nachni Satva) and filling of Paneer and Pumpkin Bhurji with generous sprinkle of Mustard Microgreens. To the regular dosa batter I've added the Ragi malt (not the ragi flour which is pink in color). For the filling finely chopped pumpkin bits,which are beta carotenes rich,along with crumbled paneer.Pumpkin's moisture gets absorbed fully with crumbled paneer.The two blend like best buddy's.Sauteed in butter with green chilles and few tomato chunks.The subtle flavour of the filling gets enhanced with flavoursome antioxidant rich Mustard microgreens.It gets a new kick. Enjoyed best with the company of Roohafza flavoured Watermelon Juice
