Ingredients for Matar Halwa Tartlets topped with Elaichi Shrikhand Recipe

  • 1 cup tender soft green peas
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup thick hung curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Pistachio slivers

Directions: Matar Halwa Tartlets Topped With Elaichi Shrikhand Recipe

  • STEP 1.*For Halwa ,Prepare a coarse mixture of peas
  • STEP 2.*Heat Ghee in thick bottomed Kadhai.
  • STEP 3.*Add the peas mixture.Saute.
  • STEP 4.*Stir and Add pistachio powder.
  • STEP 5.*Add Condense milk and stir till it thickens.Halwa is prepared.
  • STEP 6.*For Shrikhand mix everything except pistachio slivers.
  • STEP 7.For making the Halwa Tarts
  • STEP 8.Line a muffin pan / or mould with cling wrap.

  • STEP 9.Grease it.Take about 2 tablespoons of respective Halwa, press down into muffin mould, firmly around the sides and bottom forming a cup shaped tart. Refrigerate for an hour.

  • STEP 10.Once the tarts so prepared are firm,with the help of spoon or pipping bag fill in the Shrikhand.Garnish with your Choicest Of Garnish.
