Deepawali starts on a high note with Shopping ,Eating Out ,Having Sweets and Snacks with Relatives and Friends,Card Parties,Crackers ,Rangoli..... And then the week long robust Diwali festivity gets a low dip after Bhaidooj; That's when I make this Delicacy to cheer up the spirits of my family soar high. These Soft n Spongy Dalwadas(lentil fritters) with subtle hint of hing(asfeotida) , adrak(ginger) and kalimirchi(black peppercorns) with Dhaniya (coriander) and Pudina(mint) Chutney are family's favourite.My daughter loved it when she was a tiny tot to this day when she helps me make these.Its a Ritual I would love to follow ,every Diwali. This serve ware was gifted by my Mother with other Gifts on my first Diwali. Till date,been two decades and ,I love to serve the Dalwadas in it.Its a Pride Possession for me.
