I love idli fry a lot whenever idli is left. I make idli fry for breakfast in the morning. It gets ready in very less time. and it tastes very tasty too.
STEP 1.✍️_first we will cut the idli into pieces. Then we cut all the vegetables. ✍️_Now we will gather all the ingredients. After that, we will heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chillies. ✍️_Now we will fry by adding chopped onions.then add green peas, tomatoes, salt all spices and 2 minutes. ✍️_After all the vegetables and spices are cooking, we will mix by adding chopped idli. Then turning off the gas, add chopped leaves and mix it.. ✍️_take our yummy and delicious leftover idli fry ready to eat in the morning breakfast. there is also hot tea as well 😋😋
