#snack I love Sabudana Poha. So I had the remaining sabudana khichadi of about 1Cup of fasting. So I thought I Should make poha out of it. That's why I have made Leftover Sabudana veggies poha by mixing some vegetables in it to eat in the evening Snacks which are healthy and tasty to eat.

Ingredients for Leftover sabudana veggies poha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Leftover Sabudana (Sago)
  • 1/4 g bowl fienly chopped onion
  • 1/4 g bowl fienly chopped tomato
  • 1.50 g Green peas
  • 1 tbsp Refined oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Of turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Leftover Sabudana Veggies Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__First of all, by heating oil in a pan, we will temper the cumin seeds in it. Then add chopped onions and fry
  • STEP 2.✍️__Now add peas and chopped tomatoes and mix then add salt and all the spices and cook for 2 minutes while mixing.
  • STEP 3.✍️__Take our spiced vegetables are ready. Now we will mix it by adding leftover sabudana khichadi. Then we turn off the gas and add chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
  • STEP 4.✍️__Take our delicious and healthy leftover sabudana veggies poha is ready. Take it out in a plate, and serve it by adding some chopped coriander leaves on top. and you too enjoy eating.😋😋
