My kids and I love Cake, I make different types of Cakes at home, I had Some mangoes. So I thought What to make of them, So today I made mango cake which are also absolutely delicious to eat.

Ingredients for Mango Cake Recipe

  • As required One and half Cup all Purpose flour
  • 0.13 cup butter milk
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.13 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.13 cup chopped dryfruits (Cashews nuts
  • As required almonds and Rainins)
  • 1/2 tbsp tutti -futti
  • 0.17 cup Mango paste
  • 0.13 nos milk powder
  • 1/4 tbsp milk powder
  • As required One and half tsp baking powder
  • 0.06 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp pineapple essence
  • As required pinch of salt
  • 0.06 cup Refined.

Directions: Mango Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__First of all, we will Prepare butter milk, for that put 1/2 Cup milk in a bowl and mix 1 tsp vinegar and keep it in the site for 10 minutes. Then cut a mango and put it in a mixer grinder, along with 3tbsp of Sugar, Prepare a paste.
  • STEP 2.✍️__Take a bowl, and mix all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt and milk powder in a sieve and filter it then add Refined oil, butter milk and powder Sugar in a bowl and mix.
  • STEP 3.✍️__After that add vanilla essence, pineapple essence and mix then add mango paste and mix well. Now add sifted flour and mix add chopped dryfruits and mix.
  • STEP 4.✍️__Our cake dough is ready, now put a stand in the pan cover it and keep it on full gas for 5 minutes to heat, then apply oil in the tin and dust it with flour. After that we will add broken pieces little by little.
  • STEP 5.✍️__Now Cover the cake tin on the stand of the pan, and cook for 35 to 40 minutes on low gas After Cooking,take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes and cut the cake into pieces.
  • STEP 6.✍️__This Christmas you too make delicious and healthy at home. And enjoy our mango cake.
