Taday I have made absolutely cold Chocolate fruits custard. You can have it in the Afternoon or in the evening after dinner. Its main ingredients is fruits custard.

Ingredients for Chocolate fruits custard Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces 2Slices Chocolate Compound
  • 1/4 g 500g milk
  • 1/4 Tsp 1/2teasp liquid yellow colour
  • 1/2 Tbsp 2Tabsp custard powder (By adding Custard powder to 3tabsp milk and mixing it well)
  • 1/4 Cups 1/2cup sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp 1/2teasp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cups One and half cup chopped fruits (Strawberry, grapes and pomegranates)
  • 1.25 Pieces 4 to 5 muffins mold.

Chocolate fruits custard:-

  • STEP 1.1_First of all, We will keep hot water in a vessel, then by placing a bowl over it, We will melt the chocolate compound. After the chocolate is melted, put the muffins in the mold and set it like a basket and keep it in the freezer to cool for 10 minutes so that it gets set well.
  • STEP 2.2_Now We will keep the milk in the pan for heating. Then add liquid yellow colour to it and cook for 10 minutes. After then add the solution of custard powder and cook for 5 minutes while mixing. When it starts turn off the gas
  • STEP 3.3_And put the custard milk in the bowl and keep it to cool down. Then We will cut all the fruits. And mix it by adding it to the chilled custard milk.
  • STEP 4.4_Now We will take our the chocolate basket from the mold and put the Prepared fruits custard in it, and serve it by adding chopped fruits on top, take our perfectly cold chocolate fruits custard is ready. Enjoy eating it.😋😋
