My Kids love cake, so this Christmas I made delicious our muffins cakes for them in no time at their Request. I have made dryfruits Muffins Cake.

Ingredients for Dryfruits Muffins Cake Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Parle Biscuits Crumbs
  • 0.17 nos Bowl chopped dryfruits (Cashew nuts
  • As required almonds and tutti -futti)
  • 0.67 tbsp powder sugar
  • 0.67 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.17 tsp Backing powder
  • As required Pinch of backing soda
  • 0.33 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 0.33 tsp pineapple essence
  • 7.33 nos to paper Muffins Mould
  • 0.17 tsp eno (fruits salt)

Directions: Dryfruits Muffins Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__First of all, we will grind the biscuits in a mixer grinder to powder, and put them in a sieve. Then add cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and filter it.
  • STEP 2.✍️__Then add Sugar and oil to the bhagoni and mix it after that add milk accordingly and mix it to make a medium batter.
  • STEP 3.✍️__Add a little flour to the chopped dryfruits and mix it. Si that it does not stick.
  • STEP 4.✍️__Now mix Vanilla essence, pineapple essence and dry fruits then apply a little oil in the Muffins Mould, After that eno to the cake solution and mix it with light hands.
  • STEP 5.✍️__Now we will cover the bati cooker on the gas and keep it for heating. Then put the cake batter in the Muffins Mould first, then put some dry fruits on top, and keep all the mould in a plate and cover for 15 minutes on low gas.
  • STEP 6.✍️__After Cooking, let it cool for 5 minutes. Then take it out in a plate and serve it with tutti -frutti
