#FOH Dudhi Muthiya) -One of the popular Gujarati snack. Its a very healthy snack because it steamed not fried.It is then sautéed with mustard and sesame seeds. Served with green chutney or tomato 🍅 ketchup.

Firstly seive the flours along with baking soda. Add the grated dudhi🥒 methi leaves and all the above spices.
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients and make dough by adding some water.
STEP 3.Let the dough rest for 10_15 mins.
STEP 4.Now Take a container filled with water about 3/4
STEP 5.Now place greased steamer or chani over the water for steaming the muthiyas.Duvide the dough into 3_4 equal parts and shape it like a log and put over the steamer and steam . Place 2_3 logs at a time leaving a gap in between so that they don't stick to each other.
STEP 6.Cover it and let it boil for 15_20 mins .
STEP 7.Have a tooth pik test it should come out clean.Off the flame 🔥 and let it cool at room temperature.
STEP 8.Now cut it into small pieces and give tadke
STEP 9.Fortadka
STEP 10.In oil put mustard seed when it starts crackle put curry leaves and sesame seeds than put the pieces and mix it proper with the tadka after 5 min turn off the flame
STEP 11.Enjoy the hot 🔥 crispy dudhi muthiya with green chutney or fried green chillies 🌶️
