Ingredients for Rasberry Jelly with Rabri Recipe

250 gms Milk
50 gms Milkmaid
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Elaichi powder

Directions: Rasberry Jelly With Rabri Recipe

STEP 1.Keep milk for boiling .
STEP 2.After 1st boil keep the flame on low and let it boil till the milk quantity reduces to half.
STEP 3.Now add sugar and boil for few mins.
STEP 4.Then add milkmaid anf boil till you get thick rabdi consistency.
STEP 5.Put in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
STEP 6.Keep in fridge for 3_4 hours and serve chilled.
