  • 1/2 Rice flour – bowl
  • 0.13 Boiled Rice – bowl
  • 1/4 Sesame seed – spoon
  • 1/2 Green chilli
  • 0.13 glass Water
  • 0.63 Oil – spoon
  • As required Salt

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Mash and mix boiled rice and rice flour.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and water and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Make cylindrical shaped muthiyas of the dough.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in kadhai.
  • STEP 5.When oil becomes hot, add chillies and sesame seeds and let it cook for a while.
  • STEP 6.Add water to it.
  • STEP 7.Add some salt and give it a stir.
  • STEP 8.Add the muthiyas to the boiling water .
  • STEP 9.Cook till water gets dried.
  • STEP 10.Serve it with tomato chutney.
