STEP 1.Firstly make gashes on the leg pcs . Add in a mixing bowl .
STEP 2.Now add all the given ingredients of marination one by one , add lil salt also , mix it well . Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
STEP 3.Take a wok , add oil , heat it . Add tejpatta & dalchini , saute it for a minute .
STEP 4.In goes ginger garlic , saute it until rawness is released . Add onion paste now .
STEP 5.Add lil water , cook it until pink .
STEP 6.Meanwhile take a grinder jar add tomato , soaked kaju & badam , grind it to a fine paste .
STEP 7., Add in the masala , mix it well . Also add green chilli paste & salt , stir fry it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 8.Now add marinated chicken leg pcs , stir it for a minute . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until chicken is almost cooked.
STEP 9.Open the lid , increase the flame , stir fry it until a lil dry .
STEP 10.Add ghee now , stir fry it for a minute .
STEP 11.Now add 1 cup boiled water , mix it well .
STEP 12.Give a boil . Cover it again , cook it on low flame until gravy becomes a lil thick .
STEP 13.U can keep the gravy as per your choice ...thick or thin .
STEP 14.Turn off the flame , open the lid after 5 minutes.
STEP 15.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta .
STEP 16.Can be served along with Tandoori Roti , Nan or Lachcha Paratha..
