  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 0.13 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 Green Chilies
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the drumstick leaves thoroughly and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the drumstick leaves and cook for 5-7 minutes until they wilt.
  • STEP 7.In a blender, grind coconut and green chilies to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 8.Add the coconut paste to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors blend together.
  • STEP 10.Serve hot with rice or roti.
