STEP 1.Soak raw rice, urad dal and Fenugreek seeds overnight or 4hours.
STEP 2.In a mixie jar or grinder, add urad dal grind to a paste. Add raw rice, Fenugreek seeds, coconut and cooked rice. Grind it smoothly and transfer to a bowl.
Add required water and mix the batter well.
Let it ferment overnight.
Before making appam add salt and sugar. Mix well. You can add coconut water as well.
STEP 3.In appam pan spread the batter and cook till golden and crispy.
STEP 4.Enjoy with coconut milk or egg curry or chicken or veg kurma.
