Ingredients for Ragi puttu Recipe

  • 0.33 Packet Instant ragi flour
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Water
  • 0.17 Cup Shredded coconut

Directions: Ragi Puttu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Seive ragi flour. Add required salt and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Sprinkle water little by little and mix the flour till it forms like ball when you hold the flour.
  • STEP 3.Take water in puttu pot. Add coconut first then add flour then coconut. Repeat the process till it fills.
  • STEP 4.Steam it for 10mins.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with banana.
